Watauga County Board of Adjustment:
Meets 4th Monday at 5:30 p.m. as needed. The Board of Adjustment hears and decides on Special Use Permits, appeals of staff decisions, and variances for all regulations except Subdivisions and Multi-unit Structures.
Valle Crucis Historic Preservation Commission:
Meets 1st Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. as needed. The VCHP hears and decides on Certificate of Appropriateness for projects located in the Valle Crucis Historic District.
