Mondays March 17 - May 19, 2008

     Join experienced instructor, Shannon Hatley, for this 10-week children’s ballet class. The class will focus on the fundamentals and basics of ballet. The classes will be held on Mondays beginning March 17 and ending May 19, 2008 at the Optimist Clubhouse on State Farm Road. At the end of the 10 weeks, the students will perform in a ballet recital for family and friends to be held Friday and Saturday, May 23 - 24, 2008 at the Old Cove Creek Gym. An extra fee will be required for recital costumes - $25 or less. The registration fee is $75 per child. Registration is accepted on a first come, first serve bases.      Registration for the Summer Adventure Camp will begin on Monday, March 3rd and continue until the camp is filled. Enrollment is limited to 50 campers per week. Held at Watauga High School, Summer Adventure Camp is open to campers ages 5 - 13, rising 1st through 7th graders (children must have completed kindergarten). The camp will run daily from 7:30 a.m. till 5:30 p.m., from Monday, June 16th until Friday, August 1st. Each of the seven weeks of camp has a different and unique theme, and campers may pick and choose which weeks they wish to attend. The registration fee for camp is $80 per week with some weeks having extra field trip fees assessed. To secure a camper's enrollment, one half of the total amount for camp is due at registration.      Registration for the Fun in the Sun Camp will begin on Monday, March 3rd and continue until the camp is filled. Held at Hardin Park, Fun in the Sun Camp is open to campers ages 5 - 13, rising 1st through 7th graders (children must have completed kindergarten). The camp will run daily from 7:30 a.m. till 5:30 p.m., from Monday, June 16th until Friday, July 25th. The Fun in the Sun Camp is six weeks and the kids will swim once per week and they have physical activity and art activities on a daily basis. The campers also have access to the gym and playground. Kids are divided into Giggle Gang (ages 5-7), Super Troopers (ages 8-9) and Explorers (ages 10-13). The registration fee for camp is $70 per week with some weeks having extra field trip fees assessed. To secure a camper's enrollment, one half of the total amount for camp is due at registration.
