The District Attorney for the Twenty-fourth Solicitorial District is elected for a four-year term. With the help of three full-time assistants, the district attorney represents the State in prosecuting all crimes in Superior Court and District Court, in juvenile cases involving delinquency, and in Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Actions (URESA).
